I've tried to set a monthly weigh rule to keep me on track better, but sometimes I can't help but get curious after a week or so. Then there is the factor over time if I am getting a bit of muscle that weighs something too right? or scale differences GASP! I guess for me a scale is a factor but I also want to keep in in reasonable judgement. The key is you are working. I hope that key for me is my main scale, that I am trying to work to make sane choices. yes? You could starve yourself and loose that 28 pounds but it wouldn't be real, and it might make you sick. but what if you saw 301 but could run faster and lift more than you ever remember? Dont get me wrong about a number goal I have them too, I'm just saying in the end it not about numbers its about our health.

At foolsfitness we carry a bunch of balloons to weigh in at scale time!- ALAN foolsfitnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04523762230453932019noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7000745449077260160.post-23535414905973831232015-04-18T22:27:37.728-04:002015-04-18T22:27:37.728-04:00Ha ha!!! Well, I always have my official weigh-in ...Ha ha!!! Well, I always have my official weigh-in on my clinic scales which consistently weigh me 3 lbs lighter than cruel home scales... It's just good for morale ;-)Valhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03152215204773184788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7000745449077260160.post-87887588116158059572015-04-18T20:03:16.969-04:002015-04-18T20:03:16.969-04:00That is a great milestone! That is a great milestone!Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05104693042948517678noreply@blogger.com
